Production Time

Please allow approximately 1–4 weeks for production, depending on the cover style selected, design complexity, material availability and our current production schedule.

Production time begins after all logos and design information have been received and final proofs have been approved.

After ordering, send us your sponsor and event logos in the highest-quality format available, along with your preferred colors and any special design requests.

Because Sponsor Spotlight can incorporate multiple sponsors, please also indicate which sponsor or sponsors should receive primary placement.

We’ll create a coordinated design across your entire package and send digital proofs for approval before production begins.

Need Something Different?

Every arena and sponsorship program is different. Additional barrel covers, flags, banners, sponsor signage and other event-branding pieces can be added to your package.
