Choose three colors for your custom barrel cover set. After placing your order, email us your three color choices along with your order number.

We'll confirm your selections and availability before production begins.

Please note: Actual fabric colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. If an exact shade or color match is important for your event or branding, let us know before production.

Each barrel includes one large custom printed panel, approximately 22" W × 36" H.

Want your logo or sponsor branding visible from more directions in the arena? Add up to two additional printed panels per barrel for $24 per panel.

Keep it simple with one side or build out additional visibility based on your event and arena setup.

Artwork & Design

Basic design setup is included with your order.

Send us your logo, sponsor artwork and ideas, and we'll create a digital proof for your approval before production begins.

Your order includes up to 3 rounds of design revisions so we can get everything looking just right.

Additional revision rounds beyond those included may be billed at $25 per revision round.

Projects requiring custom logo creation, extensive artwork reconstruction or advanced design work will be quoted separately before work begins.

For the best print quality, high-resolution artwork is recommended. PNG, PDF, AI and other vector files are preferred when available.

Proofing & Production

You'll receive a digital proof for approval before your covers go into production.

Production begins once your color selections and artwork have been finalized and approved. Please allow approximately 1 week for production after final approval.

Working with a tight event deadline? Rush production may be available depending on our current production schedule. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific event date.
