After placing your order, email us your color choice along with your order number. We'll confirm your selection and fabric availability before production begins.

Please note: Actual fabric colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. If an exact shade or brand color is important, let us know before production.

Because the cover itself is one continuous color, your artwork isn't competing with multiple fabric colors or design sections. That gives us more freedom to create larger logos and more detailed or expanded graphics.

Have something bigger in mind than a simple logo? Send us your idea. We'll help determine the best size and placement for your artwork.

Choose Your Visibility

Your set includes one custom printed design area per barrel.

Want your branding visible from multiple directions in the arena? You can add additional printed areas to your covers for increased visibility.

Additional printed areas are $24 per panel.

Because solid-color covers allow for more variation in artwork size and complexity, we'll work with you to determine the best placement for your particular design.

Artwork & Design

Basic design setup is included with your order.

Send us your logo, sponsor artwork, colors and ideas, and we'll create a digital proof for your approval before production begins.

Your order includes up to 3 rounds of design revisions so we can get everything looking just right.

Additional revision rounds beyond those included may be billed at $25 per revision round.

Projects requiring custom logo creation, extensive artwork reconstruction or advanced design work will be quoted separately before work begins.

For the best print quality, high-resolution artwork is recommended. PNG, PDF, AI and other vector files are preferred when available.

Proofing & Production

You'll receive a digital proof for approval before your covers go into production.

Production begins once your color selection and artwork have been finalized and approved. Please allow approximately 1 week for production after final approval.

Working with a tight event deadline? Rush production may be available depending on our current production schedule. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific event date.
